Off-Site owners should submit this form annually to notify the Proprietary of any tenants who are authorized to make use of the community amenities. The Proprietary will only issue amenities passes to those persons named on this form when submitted to the office directly by the property owner of record.
Petition of Appointment
Use this form to submit a petition of appointment for any vacant seats on the Board of Directors.
VA POA Disclosure Request Form
Use this form to request a resale disclosure package as required by the Virginia Property Owners Association Act.
Loudoun County Zoning Violation Form
This is a Loudoun County form that can be used to file a complaint about a property that appears to be in violation of the County’s Zoning ordinances. This form must be submitted directly to Loudoun County at the address noted on the form.
