Opening: 

The regular meeting of the Design Review Committee was called to order at 6:58p on November 23, 2009 at the Parkway Meeting Room.

Present:

Bruce Gatti (Oakridge), Milton Dove (Belmont), Lesley Green, DRC Liaison (Board Representative, (Welbourne), Willa Kiser, Welbourne, William Sawvel, Foxfield, Joyce Wildgoose, Morven,   Kristina Goodrich (Rokeby).

Others Present:

Lisa Marnet, Design Review Coordinator, Dave Barrie (BoD Oatlands), Resident of 30 Whittingham. 

A.       Approval of DRC Meeting Minutes Dove moved to approve the minutes of the October 26, 2009 meeting, Goodrich second. Motion passes unanimously
