2)       Present were ; Diane Blunt, Terri Hess, Dom Maio, Ron McCaffrey, Robert Kalbach, David Barrie and Mike Stracka (PMP).

3)       Absent were: Barb O’Connor, Tim Shaw and Elizabeth Carr

4)       APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES- 6 Yes 0 No

5)       GUEST & RESIDENT PARTICIPATION- no guests or residents present.

6)       TRUGREEN ITEMS

a)        Discussion of locations to plant the 8 blue spruce and 2 Norway spruce trees received from the Pageant of Peace display at President’s park. The Committee voted 6 Yes 0 No to use the suggested high visibility locations submitted by Ron McCaffrey.

a)        Townhouse Pine Tree Sub-Committee report – First meeting scheduled for 8:00 PM, January 21, immediately after the regular grounds meeting.
