DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING Approved Meeting Minutes January 25, 2010
Opening: The regular meeting of the Design Review Committee was called to order at 7:00p on January 25, 2010 at the Parkway Meeting Room.
Present: Bruce Gatti (Oakridge), Milton Dove (Belmont), Rob Heckman, DRC Liaison (Board Representative, (Morven), Willa Kiser, Welbourne, William Sawvel, Foxfield
Others Present: Lisa Marnet, Design Review Coordinator, Resident of 1 Rutherford Circle.
A. Approval of DRC Meeting Minutes Dove moved to approve the minutes of the November 23, 2009 meeting, Kiser seconded. Motion passes unanimously.
B. Proposed Revision to Guideline 41, Roof Shingles ( townhouse). DRC instructed PMP to make the modifications discussed then DRC will re-review for final approval to the BoD. C. Proposed date change to DRC meeting for June 2010 approved.
